These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BioLights Dynamics booking website at carlsbad.biolightsdynamics.com (the "Site") and the appointment-scheduling and messaging services we provide. BioLights Dynamics offers ATP38 photobiomodulation (light therapy) consultations at our Carlsbad, California office. The Site lets you schedule a consultation and receive appointment-related communications. Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes only.

2. Appointments, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information.
You may reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation and reminder messages, subject to any timing limits noted there.
We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment; if so, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

3. Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from BioLights Dynamics about your appointment and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages.

Program: appointment confirmations, reminders, and related service messages, plus optional promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing.
